We found this mixed color set of Watertown Monterey Melmac melamine coffee cups which reminded us of the '80s TV show, Alf. His home planet was called Melmac which makes me wonder if the writers room just got lazy and named Gordon Shumway's birthplace by reading the bottom of their mugs.
At any rate, these heavy duty melamine cups feel straight from a 1960s diner, are really fun, and give us all of the MCM vibes we love. They'd be a perfect addition to your mug collection and we think they'd stand out on an open shelf.
