We believe that this silverplated wire fruit basket was made in the '60s. We can tell from the half of a label left its bottom that it was made in Hong Kong. We love the way the silverplating shines (we had to spiff her up) and its flowery shape. It honestly feels at home in any decade.
We think it's a very pretty way to store your citrus; or any other fruit, for that matter. But it would also make a fun, 3D addition to a mixed media gallery wall.
