We think this is one of the best mid-century lamps we've come across so far. It feels so 1960s to us with a nod to atomic design with the bulb cover but also feels super Scandinavian from the wooden base--it's giving Danish MCM vibes. It's really gorgeous and one of those items we'll truly be sad to see leave the shop (but as we say often, we can't keep them all!)
We haven't been able to match this to a maker, but it's marked as being made in Taiwan which dates it from the 1960s-80s. And it feels like something that would have been on our grandfather's drafting desk which puts it in the lower range of those dates. All we know (or really care about) is that this is one awesome dandie.
