The day before she sourced this set of vintage cantaloupe canisters, Kerry told herself she was going to take a break from buying large, hard-to-store-and-ship canister sets or cookie jars. But just look at this entire patch of cantaloupes looking for a new home? This canister set is absolutely delightful in its realistic design; and we LOVE that when you open them up, they are GLAZED THE COLOR OF A MELON! Gah.
This set was definitely lovingly used; it's in very good vintage condition, though the largest has a chip on the stem and a couple of harder to notice chips along the lid rim.
We also try not to overuse this term, but we haven't found many of these on the market; these seem to be rare--especially as an entire set!
