Vintage Glass Cocktail Shaker

You can collect all the glassware you want, but the vintage cocktail shaker is the star of the bar cart.  And this one is an easy choice: tall, classic, clean, and incredibly sparkly. It's tall 9.25" silhouette has a lovely cut glass cross-hatch band. We've searched extensively for this pattern to try and identify it's maker - Waterford made a similar style - but we can't say for sure. 

What we most like about this shaker is the ease of use;  the metal lid is easily removed, and the Continental style is turn and pour;  there's a straw under the lid to catch the liquid, and there's a built in straining mechanism under the cap.  The result will be no-mess and will serve a lovely cocktail. Read: you'll look like you know what you're doing when you're mixing up a bev for your guests.

All pieces are present, including the shaker spout cap and straw. We've cleaned up this vintage piece - estimated to be from 1950s/60's era - but there are a few minor scratches and age spots on the top. All in all, very well maintained.
