Vintage Fostoria Heirloom White Opal 10-inch Float Bowl from the '60s
Opalescent Starburst Dish
Opalescent Starburst Dish
This pretty art glass dish reminds us of the pretty part of an oyster shell. It's a gorgeous piece, made by Fostoria in the '60s, that we'd use to serve shellfish at a party. We can see it piled with shrimp cocktail or a half dozen oysters on ice garnished with mignonette. Though, we also think a cheeseball would fit perfectly in the center surrounded with your favorite crackers.
In between fêtes, this mid-century dandie would look perfect styled on a shelf that gets good light because this looks beautifully pearlescent in the sunshine. We think this would fit especially well in a modern coastal home.
