Made with Love Framed Cross Stitch

Kerry here! I love this piece so much, but especially because my husband picked it while I was elbow deep in the glassware section of a new-to-us thrift store. He sheepishly asked: "what about this?" Friends, I squee'd. And was so, so happy for the second set of eyes because I would have surely missed this dandie! This is maybe the sweetest needlepoint art we've found so far. This baby elephant looks like he's ready to watch a show with is bag of peanuts in lap. The heart pattern on his bloomers is the best detail. And, what we love the most, is the note on the back: made (with all the love in the world, we're sure) for baby Mike by Grandma Bernice. This is the perfect piece for a nursery, to celebrate a new generation.

• This is a pre-loved dandie in great vintage condition. The embroidery is very clean and we see no discoloration from age. The frame is also in good condition with very little wear.
