Unknown Legend Vase

We can't deny we get excited spotting dandies from famous designers or brands.  But we get equally pumped about a score that is so delightfully homegrown, like this little vase from unknown artist, M Lee.

Don't you love that somewhere out there,  M Lee has no idea that we're talking about this cutie vase, and it's beautiful Aztek styling, or the somewhat imperfect brushmarks, or even that it has a very minor, unnoticeably chip on the bottom (in the back!).  Maybe Lee made this in school,  or maybe he wants to leave his full time job but can't, so dabbles as a part-time potter? Unfortunately, we'll never know, but this is truly an eclectic piece with a lot of stories left to tell.

• This is a pre-loved dandie;  handmade, there are expected minor imperfections present like small chip in the glaze on the bottom (see photos)
