Trunks Up Figurine

On a scale of 0 - Magical, elephants tip the scale (and not because they can weigh up to 12,000 pounds). We love them for their emotional intelligence; they are smart, social, and caring in a way that we humans just... aren't. Sorry, people, we suck.  

So, we have a 12,000 lb soft spot in our hearts for this trunk-up elephant who is just here to have fun.  In crackle-glaze (crazing here is intended), this piece has a marble-esque effect (though looks like just heavy ceramic).  And like a baby elephant, this thing has some weight; it's feels heavy in your hand, and has presence on a shelf.  We love it as a reminder of all that is good in animals; and, elephants are a symbol of wisdom, luck and prosperity - three things we could use more of, but probably don't deserve.
