The Guildhall, Norwich Framed Line Ink Drawing Signed W.A. Florence
Medieval City Hall Drawing
Medieval City Hall Drawing
Not that we need even more inspiration to travel, but this framed drawing of The Guildhall in Norwich, England has given us another place to add to our long list of travel destinations. A Medieval city founded in the 10th century and was, at one time, one of the largest towns in England. And it now looks like a cool, full-of-charm spot to explore on a future trip to Great Britain with both a historic castle and a cathedral to tour.
The Guildhall, Norwich's one time government center, was built in the 1400s and is a great example of flint work design that was common at the time. This drawing captures that building which still stands today. This is a fantastic piece to fit into a gallery wall to remind you to start planning your bucket list travels.
