When we sourced this wooden folk art nutcracker, we thought it looked tropical; it's certainly giving us parrot head vibes. But in our research, we've seen this type of nutcracker being designated as Scandinavian or Yugoslavian which certainly locates the origins to a different area of the world than expected.
But we still feel like this carved wood dandie would fit in well in a tiki bar or a tropical boho designed space. Use it to crack nuts, squeeze limes, or simply display it as a gorgeous carved wood art piece.
