Naughty, Knotty Wall Hanging

As we had into hurricane season here on the East Coast, the importance of tying a good working knot can really come into play.  And this 3D shadowbox is knot messing around; depicting 17 nautical knots of varying degrees of skill and utility on a classic maritime-blue background, now we will finally know what a 'Sheep Shank' looks like vs a 'Larks Head'.  

In a great in-between size, 17"x23", this would look fantastic in a nautical nursery or play space, and at ease in any home of maritime appreciators.  In good vintage condition, there's some minor mold dotting on the glass - the new owner could remove the back and easily re-mat this, but we found it so unremarkable that we left it as is. • This is a pre-loved dandie;  in good vintage condition, the mat has some very minor signs of molding (see photos). A new mat in standard size would fix this, or can be left as is - it's so minor we hardly noticed.  Has hanging hardware on back, so it's ready to go.
