Last year was all about that brass, but we think this year is going to be about the wood. We love these vintage, hand turned candlesticks. While you might imagine these being crafted and sold at Colonial Williamsburg, we think they look incredibly fresh and modern with the right tapers.
These hold standard tapers, and the wood is likely a maple. They are not varnished with any glass, but have more of a nicely oiled sheen which we adore. In very good vintage condition, there's one holder that has a small mark (see photos) but overall they have held their own over time.
