Sometimes we find items that we wouldn't expect to love, but they end up winning us over. That's the case with this pair of vintage Stangl Pottery trinket dishes. At first glance, they might seem a little gaudy, but on closer inspection these are just lovely pieces.
The surface is so smooth and the antique gold trim is quite beautiful. The blue reminds us of the sea. These pottery pieces would definitely fit in with a variety of decor themes: seaside cottage, shabby chic, or modern farmhouse all come to mind.
Use these as trinket dishes, small serving pieces, or candle dishes. We can also see these dandies being excellent 3-D additions to a mixed media gallery wall.
