Did you know that fennel - the most polarizing herb in existence - is actually a flowering plant in the carrot family? Whether you love or hate the anise-y flavor, I think we're all in agreement that fennel might just be at it's best in ceramic form.
This seemingly unused set was picked up at an estate sale. Produced in Italy by heritage artisans, we could barely make out the number '5785' printed into the clay. These are for the collector, the courageous herbivores, and would might a bright addition to country kitchens everywhere.
