One time in Mexico, a local made Amy and her husband some very authentic mole, which they enjoyed family-style around a table, with new friends. It is one of her warmest, most welcoming memories. And if there was ever a piece of pottery that embodies that feeling, it is this. It is warm, it is sunny, it is approachable. We love its rustic imperfections; from the unglazed, sand clay exterior, to the creamy haphazard brown swiggle brushstrokes, to the imperfectly dipped yellow interior. It is a bowl meant to be accepted as it is, and filled with a sharable bounty - from fruit to chips.. Enjoy it together.
