Funny story, we picked this pachyderm because it was pretty cute and we liked the way the light shines through the ruby red glass. But when we got it home, we realized we had something really interesting on our hands!
A signature on this elephant's bottom reads "Craig Fenton Archer" which made us wonder if this was a FENTON; you know of the famous glass company.
Yep! Turns out on closer inspection, there's a Fenton mark on his side; and because we're really serious about research, we found Craig on the Fenton family tree. Fenton glass made by Fenton hands; pretty cool dandie!
